The general idea is based on four-step Deming cycle: Plan->Do->Check->Adjust(or Act)

Plan: Once a week plan your Good Change: describe what is it about, what are your expectations, what is your motivation, which of your habits will it affect. Remember, plan a small self improvement instead of a life revolution.

Do: Verify your progress regularly, never give up, write down your findings.
